University flag to be lowered in honour of former Chair, Board of Governors
The university flag will be lowered on Saturday, Feb. 25 in honour of Brian Lamb, former Chair of the Board of Governors, who passed away on Jan. 27. Mr. Lamb served on the University of Victoria Board of Governors from 1995 to 2001 and was Chair from 1997 to 2000. A celebration of his life will be held at the Frank S. Carson Hall at the Victoria Conference Centre on Feb. 25 at 2 p.m.
