Is there anything more rewarding than sharing your passion with an appreciative audience? It’s a regular experience for members of the UVic Speakers Bureau, and the satisfaction could be yours, too, if you volunteer. The bureau is a free community service provided by volunteers from among UVic faculty, staff, graduate students and retirees. It's the only university-wide bureau of its kind in Canada. For the past 32 years, the bureau has made UVic expertise available to community groups, schools, clubs and other organizations in Greater Victoria and across Southern Vancouver Island.
