Rankin elected MP

Murray Rankin (law) won a tight Nov. 26 byelection race for Member of Parliament for Victoria against Green candidate Donald Galloway (law). Conservative Dale Gann (VITP) came third and Liberal Paul Summerville (Gustavson School of Business) fourth.
