Get published in The Ring

There are countless great stories at UVic to be told—far more than can be covered by the regular Ring staff. So The Ring is looking for members of the UVic community to serve as volunteer contributors to provide articles, photos and videos for our print edition and/or our new and improved website (launching soon).Perhaps you're a student or faculty member with an interest in covering lectures or cultural events or a staff member who generates material of interest to Ring readers. By contributing your voice and talents, you'll gain an outlet for your creativity, help inform your colleagues and make The Ring more vibrant and engaging.
