Canadian Auto Workers president Buzz Hargrove is the keynote speaker at a joint faculty of business and Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce on-campus luncheon. Hargrove will share his "Views on Overcoming Barriers to Economic Growth in Canada" at the UVic Faculty Club.
