The Summer Session 2021 timetable is now live. Given the current public health orders, UVic is continuing to offer a mix of online and face-to-face courses this summer.

We’re making changes to My page and Online tools on March 11 to improve security and navigation. We’ve updated the look and feel of the navigation to match the new uvic.ca site.

Construction is kicking off on a new two-way cycling path and separated pedestrian sidewalk that will connect University Drive with the engineering and computer science facilities.

This spring UVic will establish a non-academic associate vice-president Indigenous position to bring an important perspective to decisions made across all areas of the university.

The University's central administrative system (Banner) used for student records, payroll, and finance will be unavailable on Feb. 16 from 7 to 8:00 p.m. to perform planned system maintenance.

The UVic campus will be closed for the B.C. family day on Feb. 15. The campus re-opens on Feb. 16. Feb. 16 to 19 is reading break for all faculties – there are no classes during this period.
