Banner maintenance scheduled for December 21, 2022
The University's central administrative system (Banner) used for student records, payroll, and finance will be unavailable on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. to perform planned system maintenance and year-end updates.
Banner and all services dependent on Banner will be unavailable during the scheduled maintenance. These services include:
- Banner Self Service (Student, Human Resources and Employee, Advisor, and Finance)
- FAST
- Banner Document Management System (Xtender)
- University of Victoria Online Admissions application
- Transcript ordering
- Banner Workflow
- APEX applications using Banner data
- NetLink passphrase change and account management
- UVic Mobile application
- Online application to graduate (OAG)
- Applicant Information Review System (AIRS)
Brightspace, M365/Teams, and Zoom will not be affected.
