Orange Shirt Day events: Sept.26-30

(September 15, 2017) - Orange Shirt Day events

Members of the public are invited to mark Orange Shirt Day with a variety of events sponsored by the University of Victoria. Orange Shirt Day, on Sept. 30, has become an annual opportunity to honour the Indigenous peoples whose families and communities have been impacted by the residential school system, to continue the discussion about all aspects of residential schools and to support anti-racism and anti-bullying work.
