National Geographic talks aquaculture features Stephen Cross's research
June 16, 2014 - An article this month in the National Geographic about aquaculture also features Stephen Cross, director of UVic's Coastal Aquaculture Research and Training (CART) Network, and his work on polyculture—an ancient technique of growing one thing from another—in fish farming.
