Petch Shared Research Facilities Renovation
Petch Building
Facilities Management and Aral Construction (2014) Ltd. are undertaking a project that will renovate the rooms 026 to 031 into a shared, BSL2 and BSL2+ laboratory space. In support of this work, Aral Construction will need to perform an 8-hour shutdown of the Petch Building’s natural gas system.
During this time, natural gas will be unavailable in the Petch Building.
Please be advised that if you have a gas fixture in your space, trained UVic Shops personnel may need to enter your lab spaces during this shutdown.
