District heat loop valve repairs – ELW, PCH, ELL, & BWC

Facilities Management and Aral Construction are currently working on the renovation of the boiler room on the north side of the ELW building. As part of this work, we will be relacing a series of failed valves on part of the district heat loop.

This work will take approximately 2 weeks, with the noted building losing the ability to heat domestic water for portions of or for the full outage duration. During this time, you will have access to water at all sinks, but the water will not become hot.
