Cornett Building - Partial Roof Replacements 2025

Cornett Building A Wing, B Wing.

Facilities Management is working with Flynn Canada on the roof
replacement of the northeast of the Cornett building.
The areas of replacement including the contractor’s mobilization
area are shown on the attached map.

There will be a crane on site and noisy work scheduled for
Wednesday, August 6th and Thursday August 7th, 2025. The crane
will be loading rock ballast onto various sections of the roof and
the rock will then be spread by wheelbarrow.

The installation of metal flashing will begin on August 7th continue
and is targeted for completion by August 29th, 2025.
Please respect the directions of safety officers and signage during
this time.

Crane on-site and Ballast install: Wednesday, August 6th & Thursday
August 7th, 2025.
