Teacher Education Office
The Teacher Education Office is responsible for the elementary and secondary teacher education programs. We coordinate all field experiences and practica for elementary, middle and secondary school teacher candidates.
We work closely with local, provincial and international schools to coordinate practicum placements that afford teacher candidates a variety of experiences and perspectives.
While on practicum, teacher candidates work with school-based mentors and university supervisors who assist with the support and evaluation of the practicum.
We would like to thank our school-based education partners for mentoring teacher candidates.
