An overview of what we offer (and when!)
Here, you'll find an overview of our major event offerings for students and alumni and what you can expect to see throughout the year.

Curious about co-op? Or starting to think about your future career? Stop by Co-op and Career Info Day to get acquainted with the co-op program so you're ready to apply in second year. You can also learn about the free career-related services, resources, programs and workshops we offer for all students on campus at Career Services.
This event is usually held in the second week of September.
We offer a range of career fairs throughout the year, including:
- Co-op and Career Fair – Late September or early October (all students)
- Hi-Tech Co-op and Career Fair – Early February (engineering, computer science and math students)
- Tech Connect – May (engineering, computer science and math students)
Our on-campus career fairs attract a variety of employers who are looking to recruit students. Come and meet the reps, ask questions and learn about opportunities!

Test out the co-op experience!
Tell us why you want to be a co-op student for a day for your chance to experience what it's like to be a co-op student and see what we have to offer!
Contest winners will have a chance to:
- Sample co-op, the employer, and the work environment
- Shadow employees
- Tour the workplace
- Network with team members
- Witness the workplace environment and culture
- Conduct informational interviews with employees and current co-op students
- Learn tips of the workforce

A degree in humanities or fine arts can lead almost anywhere! During Success in the Humanities and Fine Arts, you can meet your co-op staff, attend a special career workshop and network with employers who've hired humanities and fine arts grads.
This evening event is usually held in November.

This online resource runs from March to May.
Check out our employer and grad school info sessions all year long to learn about specific organizations and opportunities. These are booked throughout the year by employer request, so keep an eye on the Co-op and Career events calendar (or the calendar on Learning In Motion)!
Meet employers, learn about career and co-op opportunities available to Indigenous students, or practice your interview skills in a 20-minute mock interview with feedback.
For co-op students only: Practice your interview skills in a realistic setting by doing a mock interview. We bring employers, alumni and community members to campus for a series of discipline-specific clinics. You'll apply for a sample posting, complete a 20-minute mock interview for that position and get immediate feedback from your interviewer.
