Transgender history symposium on the horizon
With the assistance of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council and the University of Victoria Libraries, the Moving Trans* History Forward Symposium invites scholars, activists, archivists, and all interested people to share and participate in discussions about the history of trans* research and activism. The symposium takes place at UVic March 21-23, 2014 and will feature panel discussions, keynote speakers, exhibitions, and screenings devoted to the acquisition, preservation, and access of trans* history and archival materials.
