Re:Quest will:

  • Retrieve, sign-out, trace or rush resources from UVic Libraries
  • Scan or photocopy articles or chapters and email to you or prep for pick up
  • Prepare your requested books for pick up at Mearns - McPherson

 

How to use Re:Quest

  • In the UVic Libraries Catalogue go to the record of the item you need
  • UVic users can sign in using your NetLink ID
  • From the blue Actions bar on the right hand side choose Re:Quest
  • You can make changes or add notes as needed
  • Submit your Re:Quest
  • For assistance email request@uvic.ca
  • Community users can email request@uvic.ca with details (title/call number) of the item you need

Re:Quests are processed and made available for pick up

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • You will be notified by email when your requests are available for pick up
  • Re:Quests will be processed within 4 business days wherever possible
