This course helps you understand Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI). You’ll learn what AI can and can’t do. You'll learn how to use it in your organization. The course focuses on practical use, not technical skills. You'll explore where AI can add organizational value and how to make sure it aligns with your business goals.

  • put the appropriate safeguards in place, especially for enterprise data

Rishi Behari is a professional consultant, educator, speaker, and commentator across media, specializing in addressing the intersections of AI and technology with the realities of modern society, work, and life. The former Associate Director of the world’s first premiere master’s business program to merge education in AI and technology with business fundamentals, Rishi also teaches and lectures in these areas in post-secondary education. As an extension of his work in the classroom, Rishi continues to lead and advocate for innovation and a critical dialogue around these issues within and beyond academia. Rishi’s ongoing consulting has him embedded in conversations with, and gleaning insights from working with some of the most well known and trusted brands in the world.

Ben Lukenchuk

Gustavson's Ben Lukenchuk

Ben Lukenchuk is an economist and teacher by training. He has often found himself acting as a knowledge translator, working between technical and non-specialist teams to find solutions to interdisciplinary problems. He is passionate about helping others build this skill. As a post-secondary instructor, Ben leans into the ways in which AI, and specifically GenAI, is lowering the barriers to entry for valuable analytical skills. Ben champions a human-centered approach to AI, where AI is used to enhance and augment people as opposed to replacing them.
