Research interests

Identification and further understanding of risk factors and early indicators related to both cognitive decline and dementia is crucial in light of Canada’s aging population and the staggering projections of dementia. While my projects focus on a variety of constructs (blood pressure variability, physical activity, sleep quality and quantity, personality traits), my research is formulated with the primary intention of identifying and further exploring risk factors, protective factors and early indicators of cognitive decline and dementia.
