Research interests

I have a wide range of interests, but focus primarily on self-regulation, eating behaviours, and the application of mindfulness for a variety of domains. I also focus on the use of daily diary methods for studying these phenomena, and the use of multilevel modelling techniques for testing hypotheses with nested data.
