Rory Coughlan memorial service
Sadly, Rory Coughlan passed away on January 5. Rory was a former graduate student at UVic (he was supervised by Charles Tolman and Dan Bub), went on to Trent University and came back to Victoria last year. He had just started to teach as a sessional instructor in our Department and the Department was looking forward to him teaching many more courses in our Department. He was a fantastic teacher, kind, thoughtful and inspiring. He was enthusiastic about teaching. He will be dearly missed.

The memorial service for Rory will be held on Saturday, January 19 from 2:00-3:30 at the UVic Interfaith Chapel.
