Preferred movers

Getting to Victoria
By air
Victoria has an international airport located about 22 kilometres (16 miles) north of UVic. The airport's passenger services include shops, a restaurant, a bicycle assembly station, currency services, wireless internet access, ground transportation, and short/long term parking.
By ferry - from Canada
The BC Ferries terminal is located at Swartz Bay (a little further north from the airport). If you take the ferry from Vancouver, you will arrive here; the ferry carries vehicles as well as foot passengers. Swartz Bay is also the departure point for sailings to the Gulf Islands.
By bus
You can also take a bus from downtown Vancouver to downtown Victoria on Pacific Coach Lines. The bus boards BC Ferries at the Tsawwassen terminal.
By ferry - from the U.S.
The Victoria Clipper provides passenger ferry service (no vehicles) on high-speed catamarans between downtown Seattle and downtown Victoria, between Seattle and the San Juan Islands in Washington State, and for whale-watching excursions. Travel times can vary, but the catamarans all have food service on board and provide a scenic and relaxing journey.
Black Ball Transport carries vehicles and foot passengers between downtown Victoria and Port Angeles, Washington, on the Motor Vessel Coho.
Washington State Ferries operates a ferry service between Sidney (north of Victoria) and Anacortes, Washington.
