Undergraduate

Our BA in Public Health will help prepare you for a career supporting health and community organizations to provide services that address health inequities. This program is primarily online, letting you learn where you live.

With an emphasis on social justice, our program focuses on community-centred approaches to health promotion, health protection, disease and injury prevention, and effective provision of health and community services.

Our skills-based curriculum includes courses in public health and health promotion, and practicum placements to put your learning to work. You will also choose a concentration in one of the following applied areas of focus:

  • Ageing
  • Disability Studies
  • Global Health and Human Development
  • Indigenous peoples' Health
