Dr. Casper Shyr is a Director of Consulting & Analytics at Fraser Health Authority. With undergraduate training in Computer Science and Biology, Casper has PhD in bioinformatics from University of British Columbia. Casper has many years of experience in the healthcare sector as an educator, seasoned strategic leader and researcher at the interface of healthcare operations, analytics, and consulting.
