Program fees
Fees are due at the beginning of each month and full payment is required for each month your child is registered in a program. A non-refundable deposit is required when an offer of placement is accepted, but will be credited toward your first month’s payment.

B.C.'s Provincial Government has committed to making child care more affordable for families in all areas of the province. UVic Child Care Services has been selected as a $10/day ChildCareBC site and as a result we are thrilled to offer lower child care fees.
As of December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2024, monthly child care fees are $10 a day to a maximum of $200 per month, for all of our programs.

The BC Government provides an Affordable Child Care Benefit to families who are eligible to receive funding. Bursaries are also available through UVic's Student Awards and Financial Aid office for students requiring child care services. See the information for undergraduate students and graduate students for more details.
