The Framework Agreement is the primary agreement between the Faculty Association and the University of Victoria. Science's Faculty Evaluation Policy is consistent with the Framework Agreement and helps guide the assessment of faculty performance.
C.V. updates
As a faculty member you are expected to update your curriculum vitae and teaching dossier by January 31 each year using the standard format.
Form letters for chairs
Form letters to referees requesting tenure and promotion assessments:
- assistant professor to associate professor with tenure
- tenured assistant professor to associate professor
- associate professor to full professor
