Matt Huculak presentation at the Maltwood

Dr. Matt Huculak gives a tour of the library’s W. B. Yeats exhibition in the Maltwood Gallery at the University of Victoria to a group of students in Dr. Elizabeth Grove-White’s ENGL 433A: Modern Irish Literature course. The exhibition, which highlights the artistic collaborations of the Yeats family, showcases rare material held by UVic’s Archives and Special Collections. The majority of items displayed were donated to the library by former UVIC English professors, Dr Ann Saddlemyer and Dr. Robin Skelton, both of whom laid a foundation for modern Anglo-Irish studies at the University with their scholarship and generosity. Huculak co-curated the exhibition with Heather Dean, Associate Director of Special Collections, and Chloe Powell, Master of Archival Sciences.
