2026 Spring Write-In Recap

On March 18, 2026, the Academic and Technical Writing Program, in collaboration with UVic Libraries and the Academic Skills Centre, hosted the Spring 2026 Write-In. Students from a variety of disciplines came together to focus on their writing, research, and final assignments in a supportive and productive environment.

Throughout the event, students had access to volunteers who offered one-on-one feedback, writing guidance, and research support. The atmosphere was collaborative and motivating, allowing students to stay focused, share ideas, and make meaningful progress on their work.

The ATWP really appreciates the time and energy our volunteers put into supporting students throughout the event. Their willingness to help, answer questions, and provide feedback made a big difference and helped create a space where students felt comfortable asking for support. We are excited to carry this momentum forward and hope to host more Write-Ins in the upcoming academic year.
