Course description

The first hour of this 2 hour session will be focused on improving your website through discussion on:

how often to refresh your content
using use photos & videos effectively,
using analytics to know which areas to improve
and how to get a website in the UVic template if you don’t already have one

The second hour will provide you with an introduction to social media strategies at UVic where you will review:

some popular social media platforms
how they are being used by units on campus now,
and what you can do to get started using social media in your unit communications
