Notice of Temporary Power Shutdown

Petch Building

As part of the Science Buildings Renewals project, power to the Petch Building will be temporarily shut down for data collection and field measurements in advance of installing a new emergency generator. The existing life safety generator will operate during this time.

It is also recommended that electronic equipment, such as personal computers, fax machines and laboratory equipment be unplugged from power receptacles and shut down by 4:45 pm, July 25, 2017 to avoid the risk of damage that could result from voltage
fluctuations which may occur during this work.

Please DO NOT unplug any telephone sets.

Tuesday, July 25, 2017 (approximately 5 pm – 9 pm)
