Staff bargaining: Update on CUPE 4163 (1 and 2)

The parties have met three times since early July to effect the variance of this local's certification at the Labour Board earlier this year and "fold in" Community Leader positions. These discussions are on-going, and we are now booking dates to begin the larger discussion of renewal of the collective agreement that expired on Aug. 31, 2014. We expect those discussions to begin in the November. We'll keep you updated as the bargaining continues.
