- identify factors that contribute to project success
- communicate project outcomes and results
- prepare executive-level project reports
- present recommendations to senior leaders
- recognize and communicate project impact
8: Capstone Project
Online: Nov. 19, 2026
7 a.m. – 2 p.m. PT
Throughout the program, participants will apply their learning to a capstone project based on a real-world challenge.
The capstone provides an opportunity to integrate the concepts, tools and techniques explored throughout the program and demonstrate the ability to lead a project from initiation through completion.
Participants will present their work, receive feedback and leave with practical experience that can be applied to future projects in their organizations.
