The Service Excellence Committee has struck a sub-committee on the enhancement of employee engagement in the VPFO portfolio.

You are invited to come and share your ideas on recognition as part of a recognition project on behalf of the VPFO Service Excellence Committee.

We will be discussing:

• What are some ways you recognize your team, your peers, your co-workers?
• What ways do you show appreciation, celebration, acts of kindness internally?
• How are internal contributions acknowledged?
• What resources would help you increase your recognition of employees, peers, co-workers?

VPFO employees are welcome to come join us and share ideas about recognition!
