The Board of Governors is responsible for the management, administration and control of the property, revenue, business and affairs of the university. Its specific powers are set out in section 27 of the University Act. All members of the Board of Governors are each responsible for contributing to the Board's efforts to fulfill these functions in a manner that enables the university to accomplish its mission and serve, to the fullest possible extent, current and future generations.
