Support for students with disabilities

The Centre for Accessible Learning (CAL) works with faculty and students to promote educational accessibility for students with disabilities and chronic health conditions.

We support students in achieving their academic goals by:

  • reducing educational barriers through accessibility and programming
  • providing resources for instructors to create an inclusive and accessible learning environment

You can register with CAL to receive academic accommodations that will reduce educational barriers if you’re a student with:

  • a learning disability
  • ADHD
  • ASD
  • a mental health diagnosis
  • a long-term recurring physical or sensory disability

After you register, we’ll work with you, your instructors and others to create learning environments that are inclusive and usable.
