Regulatory approval
You'll require regulatory approval if your research involves human participants, animals, or if you will be using research materials that require biosafety, radiation safety or hazardous materials or diving registration.
You must have these approvals in place before funds are released and your research begins. The review of your application involves several steps and can take several weeks, so please begin the process as soon as possible.
