IESVic researchers lead a wide variety of research projects in six areas: Hydrogen and fuel cell systems, Renewable energy systems, Transportation, Energy systems analysis, Energy efficiency and Carbon management. Through this work, IESVic generates high impact research in science, engineering and policy aspects of energy systems and is distinguished from other science- and engineering-based research centers by its established track record, breadth of topic coverage and growing emphasis on techno-economic modeling of energy systems.
