Cost-of-living

Pensioners’ payments have been updated and scheduled for deposit on January 2, 2025.

The total cost of living increase calculated for January 1, 2025 is 2.7% (prorated in the first year of pension), plus any carry-forward from previous years to a maximum of 3%.

Further details will be outlined in the Notice of Pension Increase, which is expected to be distributed by mid-January.

What’s New for 2025:

We have enhanced our annual confirmation process.

Starting this year, only a select group of retirees will be asked to return the Confirmation of Pension Information form.

The Notice of Pension Increase will provide more information and indicate whether the form needs to be returned this year.
