Canada Post Disruption

As of September 25, 2025, Canada Post is experiencing a service disruption affecting mail delivery across the country. As a result, there will be delays in sending and receiving mail. During this time, plan members are encouraged to submit their forms and documents through one of the following ways.

Your Privacy Matters When sending private and confidential information through email, remember to password protect your documents. We are committed to handling your personal information responsibly in compliance with our Protection of Privacy Policy.

In Person at the UVic Pension Services Office

Our physical office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

You can find us in the Michael Williams building (B278) at 3800 Finnerty Road, Victoria, BC.
