Mark your calendars! Pension Services will be hosting seminars in the fall of 2018!

Who are these seminars for?
These seminars are designed for members aged 55 and over, who are considering or preparing for retirement.

We plan to offer seminars for members under 55 years of age in the near future.  Stay tuned for more updates!

What are these seminars about?
Using your annual member’s statement as a tool, we will discuss various features of your pension plan, your options at retirement, and the benefit selection process.

Please note, these seminars will not cover other aspects of retirement (e.g. financial, legal, estate, or tax planning; and retirement readiness and lifestyle transition); however, Human Resources offers Retirement Planning seminars to address these topics – please visit www.uvic.ca/hr/learning-development/financial-planning for more information.

When can I register?
Eligible members will receive an email invitation to register early September; however, a preliminary schedule is available here for your information. Member are encouraged to register early, as space is limited and a waitlist might be established.
