Masterminds 2019 Series with Claire Carlin

Claire Carlin presents, “Humanities in the Digital Age: A Quiet Revolution” on Wednesday, April 3, at 7:00pm for the 2019 Masterminds free lecture series.

Location: UVic Human and Social Development (HSD) Building, room A240

Talk description: “Digital Humanities has become an academic discipline unto itself, with its own national and international conferences, its sub-disciplines, and theory underpinning its practice. This talk will explore the ways in which digital humanities has changed the research landscape over the past 20 years, often, though not always, for the better.”

Masterminds is a free lecture series that occurs every Wednesday evening in April. For more information, visit: https://www.uvic.ca/masterminds/ and to register, please visit: https://events.eply.com/Masterminds2019
