Memorial scholarship for law alumnus Sanjeev Singh Parmar

After Sanjeev Singh Parmar (LLB '07) tragically passed away on September 20, 2019 at the age of 39, a memorial scholarship fund was started by his family and friends to ensure his memory lives on in the UVic community. 

Sanjeev's sense of humor, kindness and work ethic made him an integral part of his UVic class. In recognition of the medical challenges Sanjeev faced throughout his life, this scholarship will be awarded to students in the Faculty of Law who are living with or have overcome a physical medical challenge, with preference given to students who have demonstrated academic excellence and have an interest in corporate law.
