Changes to SENG Advising

All declared Software Engineering students, including Year 4, will now work with Janette DeLong. You can contact her at ecsadvisor@uvic.ca or book an appointment with her by following the steps below:

1.  Go to https://uvicecs.mywconline.com/.
2. Scroll down to the orange “LOG IN via your UVic Netlink account HERE” link and log in.
3. Once you are logged in, the default landing page is “ENGR Declared MECH/CENG/CIVE/ELEC 2025” – this is not the correct schedule. Click on the “Schedules” dropdown menu and select “BME/SENG/Undc Q-Z/Prosp CSC/Data Sci” to find Janette’s availability.
4. Once you have navigated to Janette’s schedule, select an appointment day and time option that works for you.
5. If you choose to do an in-person meeting, please check in at EOW 206 for your appointment. If you choose to do an online appointment, Janette will send a Zoom link in advance of the meeting.
