2023 UVic Co-op Student of the Year Awards

This nomination outlined Ethan’s experience as the first UVic co-op student hired by Bird Construction, working as a project coordinator on a new HandyDart bus station.  Ethan’s exceptional initiative during his work term, his participation at an on-campus employer information session, and reputation as “Bird Guy” with his peers have helped pave the way for another 8 UVic co-op students (and counting!) being hired by Bird.
