Co-op at UVic

Caitlin McClure
Caitlin McClure (environmental studies) spent a co-op work term as an entomology guide at the Victoria Bug Zoo, leading and educating tour groups through the exhibits.

Through co-operative education (co-op), you can alternate terms in class with paid co-op work terms in jobs related to your field of study. More than a third of UVic students participate in co-op—we oversee over 3,200 placements each year!

Co-op at UVic is available for students in almost every program. Are you in?

If co-op seems like too much of a commitment, check out the Work Experience Program (WEP).
