New CUPE 951 Extension Form

Payroll and HR have released a new form for extending CUPE 951 appointments.

The extension form asks for information on the extension dates, and calculates the correct collective agreement language and form routing for the situation. Based on your input the form will figure out if the extension should be sent to:

• Human Resources, or
• Payroll

One other new feature on this form (and the latest PSCR) is that the title of the form changes based on the V-Number and Name. For those with text reading scanners, this can be used to automatically name files.
