Create folders using an SFTP client

  1. Ensure you have properly installed and connected to the Secure File Transfer client.
  2. Once you are connected, navigate to the folder on the server where you would like to create your new folder (located on the right side of the window).
  3. Right click on the folder and select Create Directory.



  4. A window should appear, asking you to enter the name of your new directory. Type the name of your new folder and click OK.



  5. Your new folder should now be created.
