We can help you with the audio visual needs of your on campus event, class session, or conference. One of our AV coordinators will work with you to understand your event requirements, plan logistics, and coordinate the details needed to host a successful event. Our technicians are also available to respond to AV emergencies during weekday office hours and troubleshoot classroom equipment problems.
Planning AV for your on campus event
Where is this service available?
We provide AV equipment and support only for events on site at our Gordon Head campus. If you are planning an off campus event, we can help you work with Encore Canada.
How do I request this service?
You can submit a request for event support and equipment rentals. This request form is available to users with a UVic NetLink ID only.
