John Sakaluk: treating depression, insomnia and PTSD

John Sakaluk has released new research calling into question some of the statistics that support psychotherapy for conditions such as depression, insomnia, PTSD and borderline personality disorder. Sakaluk worked with University of Kansas psychology Alexander Williams to explore the "gold standard" for the empirically supported treatments.
