Huge congratulations to our incoming Master’s student, Natasha Tat, on being awarded the prestigious Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR) Master’s Award!
We can't wait to welcome Natasha to the lab this fall as a Master's student in EPHE. She has already been part of our research team as a volunteer and research assistant while working remotely from Ontario—we're excited that we'll soon have her with us in-person!
Her cutting-edge project, “Evaluating the Feasibility of a Virtual Reality Exercise Intervention for Sedentary Remote Workers,” will explore the potential of incorporating VR into home-based exercise routines. By gathering crucial preliminary data, her work will pave the way for future RCTs and program development, all while addressing the critical need to promote physical activity in remote working populations.
