Dr. Carriere awarded Provost’s Advocacy + Activism Award

Dr. Jeannine Carriere, professor with the School of Social Work, received the Provost's Advocacy and Activism Award at the 2017 Diversity Research Forum. “This is very meaningful to me. To be recognized for advocacy and activism is an honour. It was also wonderful to witness the young people receive awards for their written and spoken words. They inspire me with hope for the future of our helping professions.”
